Viviana Martin

Viviana Martin, Director, Artist Relations/Artistry for Kevyn Aucoin, the eponymous cosmetics line founded by legendary artist Kevyn Aucoin. After a chance meeting with Kevyn Aucoin in the late 1990’s during one of his book signings in Seattle, Martin was inspired to master the techniques he had written about and would ultimately be remembered for. In that one meeting, Kevyn impressed upon Martin to keep a kind and humble attitude while pursuing her career, a piece of advice she carries with her to this day.A long time makeup artist herself, Martin has married her passion for artistry with a successful career at Kevyn Aucoin after joining the brand in 2013, where she continues the brand’s legacy, helping to bring timeless glamour, worldly beauty and exceptional tools to women around the world.

From a young age, Martin knew that makeup artistry was her calling. At the age of 16, Martin enrolled in Cosmetology School, realizing her true passion and calling when she saw how beautiful women felt from simply enhancing their look with a little color. In 1999, celebrity makeup artist and founder of Stila Cosmetics, Jeanine Lobell, recognized Martin’s talented work, and offered her an opportunity to start her career as a counter manager. Soon after, Martin was quickly promoted to one of Stila’s first Pro Artists. Viviana changed paths in 2006 and embarked on her own, working with the likes of Nick Cannon, the Jonas Brothers, Fergie, Eva Mendes, Nicole Scherzinger, and Carmen Electra just to name a few. Martin returned to her roots at Stila in 2007, returning to hold the coveted role as one of Stila’s longtime Pro Artists, working Fashion Week and overseeing the brand’s many professional artists.

Today, as Director of the Pro Artist Relations division at Kevyn Aucoin, Viviana works with top artists, facilitating needs for editorial shoots, celebrity clients, and Fashion Week. Viviana has participated in a number of top celebrity activations including 24 Hour Plays working with top talent including Ashley Madekwe and Jamie Chung to raise awareness for the Urban Arts Partnership. In and her role as a Kevyn Aucoin brand ambassador, Martin has been a featured artist on The Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family and Access Hollywood Live.
