Latoya’s career began in 2000 after obtaining her cosmetology license from the state of Indiana. She cultivated an impressive career in retail management with MAC Cosmetics and Laura Mercier which led the way to her transition into the whirlwind world of television, as a Hair and Makeup Artist with Turner Broadcasting. Taking that step opened the door to her over 15-year career with CNN. During her tenure she has held the roles of Hair and Makeup Artist, Senior Hair and Makeup Artist, and Hair and Makeup Supervisor. She has worked in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. bureaus with the network, taking a bit of each city with her along the way.
