It’s hard to say where Lori Taylor first found her love for painting the face. It could have been while styling her “Make Me Pretty” Barbie head by applying “makeup” with her crayons at a young age. From there she quickly moved onto her grandmother’s vanity where she discovered a world of cosmetics that led to a career in which she’s been making faces look fabulous for more than nine years.
Lori, a California native, has been the Lead Makeup Artist on numerous events over the years including fashion shows at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Los Angeles, Divine Design, Marc Bouwer’s Fall 2011 3-D Fashion Show, Britt Week w/Matthew Williamson & tribute to Alex Alexander McQueen, the MTV Video Music Awards, and Stand Up to Cancer. She has also appeared on television shows such as How Do I look, Second Look, EXTRA!, Good Day LA, and worked with many celebrities including Sandra Bullock, Sienna Miller, Paris Hilton, Amy Smart, Rosario Dawson, Linda Hamilton, Taraji Hensen, Shannon Elizabeth, Kerry Washinton, Alfe Woodard, Lorenz Tate, Dennis Rodman, Nate Parker, Jason Biggs, and Ice-Cube.
